This has been one of the best, if not the best, hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly gracious, helpful and super polite. The room was spacious and well-appointed, complete with a snack and beverage bar and premium bath products (come on, Le Labo!). Breakfast was excellent, and there were plenty of options at the bar, plus you could order from a separate menu if you preferred. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, and when my room was cleaned later in the day, turndown service items were still provided. Room service was prompt, and the 24/7 menu was impressively extensive. The location isn’t right next to the major tourist sites, but it’s a very easy drive. I went back and forth three times over my four-day stay without any issues. I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent hotel- lovely decor, so stylish and modern and the staff are the best we've ever experienced on our numerous trips to Turkey. The use of the Gold lounge really was the cherry on top and our two bedroom suite was huge and beautifully decorated. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They were even able to accommodate us to check in early. The only issue we has was at the pool, but that was not a big deal, i chaulk it up to a language barrier. Overall the hotel was fantastic. We did not see a lot of places to eat arpund the hotel but got room service and the food was delicious.
