Really disappointed form the Hotel. I can't imagine that could be Hilton. If that is Hilton the quality is really bad. Paid for 500 m2 room. First we were given a room no more than 20 m2. After a dispute they moved us to a room no more than 40 m2 smelling like mold. Afterwards we were given a third room even smaller than the previous one. We paid extra for sea view. The view was the road which was pretty much busy all the time. Apparently, according to the latest price list we have payed for 3 rooms but used only a small one with a bedroom and tiny living room.

usiness trip in Tuzla

Stayed there for few days, friendly staff, good restaurant. Did complain about a smell from drains in bathroom and light not working in bathroom as well and problem was not sorted out 3 days after and upon checkout. Have stayed at the hotel before and are generally happy to stay and I am sure hotel will fix problems before next stay.

Great but could be really great

I'll start this review by saying that I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is convenient for the business I do in Tuzla and even though it is, if it were not to my liking, I would find somewhere else to stay. So, potential guests, have no fear. However, some improvements need to be made. For a start, the practice of routinely telling arriving guests that they have been upgraded to a suite should stop. Especially since I have booked a suite and they will know this in any case. Secondly, the room service needs to be improved. On the four consecutive nights I stayed I never had my room fully serviced. Day one you get your minibar refreshed but no bed made, no bathroom cleaned. Day two you get bed made, bathroom cleaned, but no minibar refreshment. And so it goes. Room service orders are frequently mis-delivered. In other words you don't get quite what you ordered eg. buffalo mozzarella is delivered as mozzarella and avocado salad. Which is sort of fine unless you hate avocado. But, that said, these are niggles and can be fixed. The hotel staff are generally very good. The place is very clean and well kept. Gym equipment is excellent. The food itself is delicious and well prepared. I would definitely recommend the hotel to other guests but with a caveat; be prepared for some minor inconsistencies.

The place to stay for business in Tuzla

Very enjoyable stay in a top quality hotel. Although the hotel is nestled between a very busy shipyard and a very busy motorway this does nothing to detract from the quality of the accommodation, hotel cleanliness, levels of service and facilities on offer. The hotel food menu is not only very well priced but the food is great too. The gym, so often a bone of contention in hotels is extremely well maintained and well stocked with a good array of equipment. Room service were prompt and efficient. I didn't have the opportunity to use the spa facilities but if they are anything like the rest of the hotel I'm sure they will be excellent. From what I could see, the majority of guests here were staying on business, mostly associated with the local shipyard and I am sure that this hotel provides a very good home from home for those guys. I thoroughly enjoyed my two night stay here. In two weeks I will return here for a further 4 nights and I am looking forward to it.

Spend for the brand

The hotel is good especially the warm cookie. Everything works as it is supposed to. However, there is nothing special for the steep price you pay for a night. Also wifi is very average. You can't make a whatsapp call without getting disconnected every minute or so. I would say the hotel is very suitable for people who have some work/meeting in nearby shipyards.

Business trip to Tuzla

I have been staying at same hotel about 4 times now and are always happy with the stay. Surroundings is not son nice, but use of Uber or Taxi makes it better. Hotel could de better in terms of cleaning, found food leftovers in my room, and they were still there upon checkout and I stayed there 2 nights. We also had a heavy rain and windows were leaking so carpet was soaked. Otherwise a very friendly staff and in general good service, will probably stay there again, but mostly because no other other is that convenient in location to my business visits.
