I have been staying here for 7 days and its the 3rd day now there is no mirror in the room (clearly showing in the pictures there is a mirror) and everytime i ask the receptionists they keep saying tomorrow. Not a good experience

The G Hotel

I stayed here for 5 days, and overall, it was a good experience. The location is perfect—it’s just a 2-minute walk to the metro station and Starbucks, which made getting around so convenient. The staff were super friendly. They really made the stay enjoyable. Ms. Emine and the rest of the breakfast staff were especially helpful and welcoming. The room was clean, though it felt a little outdated. As for breakfast, it was okay, but I’ve had better at other hotels in the area. I missed having a variety of nuts, fresh local butter, honey, and bread—those little details would’ve made it much better. That said, I’d still recommend the G Hotel for its great location and amazing staff. With a few updates, it could be even better!

My new year in Istanbul and at the G Hotel

I have had a very present stay. Although i had arranged for an apartment thw room was twin beds but we got around it. The starff have been more than helpful and supportive in any questions and i will bw returning in june to stay here again

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. After traveling for 14 hours from San Francisco, I arrived to find that the receptionist couldn't locate my Expedia reservation. I waited for 2 hours, but the issue remained unresolved. The lobby furniture was dirty, and the front desk was severely understaffed. The lack of communication and problem-solving skills from the staff was alarming. I had to take matters into my own hands and call Expedia using an expensive international rate to get assistance. Expedia eventually relocated me to a different hotel.

We stayed at the G Hotels Istanbul for 9 days since it was very close to the Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital, where my wife had surgery. The rooms are comfortable, the restaurant is good, room service is fast, and the Metro station is right beside the hotel - a HUGE plus because it’s so easy to get anywhere you need to, sometimes faster than using an Uber and getting stuck in traffic. I would encourage travellers to use the public transit here, as it is very effective and fast. Another bonus is there are corner stores/grocery downstairs, and a pharmacy. This is a great hotel for those recovering from surgery as the staff know the drill and are used to accommodating this type of guest. Though the highlight of our stay was the unrivalled service that Neda provided for us. We have stayed at hundreds of hotels in our travels over the years - chain hotels, resorts, boutiques, etc; but none of them were comparable to Neda’s hospitality she provided us with. She was always checking in with us to make sure our stay was comfortable and was available to help whenever we needed. She also speaks perfect English which is a bonus since we are from Canada. This hotel chain is very lucky to have found an employee like this, who truly cares about the guests and strives to make them happy at all times. Neda has restored our faith in good hospitality.
