Temperature in the hotel is too high in both Corridor and room in winter! I was obliged to use air conditionning during all the night in december ! Add one doorbell for late returns (door is closed during the night)

First night was good but second night bathroom was under water cause of upstair. I moved my bags when 5:00am sleepy and drunk and changed my room. Also other they dont gave me rest since morning for cleaning and checkout they start disturbing at 9:00. Wonderful historic otel but horrible management.

My room was incredible !! Very large room and beautifully decorated. The staff was AWESOME !! They were always available if I needed anything or had any questions. And the location was great……one block away from the main boulevard (Istiklal). I will definitely be staying here again ❤️❤️
