This was the second time I’ve stayed at the Arden City. This hotel is a gem in Istanbul. Great location-walking distance to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and the Covered Grand Bazaar. The staff are excellent, professional, polite and efficient. The food and view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing. All in all a marvelous place to stay.

My wife and I had an amazing stay. Staff was very friendly, especially Ozcur, he went above and beyond for us. Rooms were nice and the breakfast was okay. The location is excellent. Very close to all of the major tourist sites to go see. The view from the rooftop restaurant is truly amazing as well.

Nicely located boutique hotel near main attractions (in the Old Town, Sultanahmet) and transportation. Everything is within walking distance, 5-10 min. Hotel staff did their best to keep us comfortable and fed, the breakfast servers were excellent, the food was very good and healthy. Would definitely return.

Great position with views over Hagia Sophia and the Bosporus. Staff were all exceptional and pleasant. Our room although small , was well equipped. The room was unfortunately overlooking the road and the cars constantly blew horns every evening till late. The bed was a little hard for our liking, but the sheets and pillows were really good quality and bed was made every day. Breakfast on the roof terrace was limited , but the views made it worth it. We really enjoyed our stay ! Road noise excluded. With a few small improvements it could be sensational.

Everything was good, the only thing I'd like to point out is that the room could've been cleaner, not on the surface level, but more like deep cleaning, at least all the doors could be wiped (hand prints and dirt that builds up with time)

It was cozy, clean and staff was absolutely wonderful. Omer, Ozgur, Baris, Bulut, Abidin and Mine treated us so well, we felt like royalty. They were so professional and easy to talk. Everything was great, especially the hotel's location and the attitude of the hotel staff. Only during our stay, they were installing sensors and fire alarm buttons, which was annoying due to the sound of the workers' drills (maybe this will have stopped during your stay), but since the hotel's location was great, I wasn't bothered by the noise pollution at all.

Staff is unique! Excellent attention. Totally supportive. Since breakfast, attention from Mine. Ozgur at the reception area who guides and provide support in a great manner. Cleaning is excellent! The hotel is close to transportation and very good places to eat. Also, the hotel is close to Basilic cistern, Hagya Sophia and Blue Mosque. I feel as at home with all attention from staff.
