I choose this hotel based on recent reviews and am so glad I did. The staff are unbelievably helpful and generous. They went above and beyond to help me with a horrible situation and I am so grateful. In general, staff was always willing to help or remembered the small details like noticing I took two sugars with my coffee and then the next time, it was served exactly to my liking with even having to ask. The hotel itself is cosy and comfortable. There is ample hot water for the bath which was amazing. The breakfast was by far one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had. I stayed two nights and the hot dishes at breakfast were different each day. I had a lovely stay here and definitely recommend if you are visiting Agva!

There was a lot of cats in hotel site maybe s.b dont like them.view of hotel to the river is fantastic. At night in bungalow room there was nabour's tv noise until morning. Staff was kindly. Breakfast is very good.
