I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was absolutely spotless, and the overall atmosphere had a beautifully dim, modern vibe—which is exactly my favourite type of setting. The décor throughout the hotel was stylish and well thought out. The location was excellent, close to key attractions such as the Galata Tower and the Sultanahmet area. There were also plenty of cafés nearby in the vibrant Karaköy neighbourhood, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local area. The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful, always on hand to assist with anything I needed. All in all, it was a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Loved this hotel! Cool looking with a very trendy (in a good way) vibe. We didn't add breakfast in our reservation. Room was a nice size as was the bathroom. As we were going into the old part of the city both days, we used the tram rather than taxis and that was easy to do. About a 50min taxi ride to IST so it might be worthwhile to investigate other transportation options.

Check-in early was most surprising and pleasant. Everything was detailed for us thoroughly by Rabia. She was an amazing ally. Together with, Aykut, with Guest Relations for our stay, every need was handled efficiently and professionally. Aykut secured our ride to the airport and basically held our hand to ensure there were no questions. Dining on the property was also a joy for both dinner and breakfast. Also don't miss drinks on the roof terrace. Our room was oppulant and grand! We splurged and this was perfect. All staff were professional and courteous throughout!

Hotel is nice designed but rooms are pretty small. Also sound deadening does not exist in this hotel rooms. Had to listen some kind of door bell of the next room all night long. Would I come back, maybe but there are better choices.
