The kids really enjoyed the heated pool since we came during a week that temps were in the low 60’s. Plenty of space and easy walk to beach and restaurants. Lots of games and pool toys for the kids!

The house was absolutely gorgeous, spacious and stocked with everything we needed. The beds were all comfortable which is a huge plus to us. This house was perfect for a long weekend for us girls. The location was great and beach access very close by. Will definitely be back.

Our 2025 IOP Vacation at the Lucky Penny

The Lucky Penny worked out great for our family! Everyone enjoyed the house and the pool. It's only a block away from the ocean, so we were easily able to enjoy the beach as well! The only issue with the online listing is that it did not include a layout of each floor. However, the layout ended up working perfectly for our families.

Everything about the stay was easy from check-in to leaving. The living space was great for out group of 8 adults and 7 kids. Plenty of space in the dining room and the kitchen was well appointed with just about every type of equipment we needed for our meals. The master on the 2nd floor was great and spacious. We loved all of the "toys" available in the garage for use in the pool and at the beach.The one and only drawback - if it could be called that - is that there was only one bathroom on the main level, and it was connected to one of the bedrooms

Spotless, well-appointed, great linens: sheets, towels, beach towels, close and quiet beach, individually temperature-zoned floors to insure comfort. Fabulous long table for large group dining. Great back porch. The house was incredible overall and perfect for our needs! We loved staying there!

First time visitors to IOP and it did not disappoint. Great location and perfect house for our large extended family. Beds were comfortable and everyone enjoyed spending time on the back patio and gathering around the large dining table for meals. Great vacation!

What an amazing place to stay. Everything as described and it’s close to places to eat and the grocery store. Neighborhood seemed like it was great, lots of people on golf carts tooling around. The owners were very accommodating for our group and the property management team was on point. Will be back next year and hope to stay here again
