Newly renovated condo in central location on Isle of Palms. 204A Oceanside provides easy access to the Island's main strip including a variety of restaurants, live music, local shops, and county park. Just a short walk to the beach and private fishing pier. Relax by the community pool or your private second floor balcony!
The property has just been recently updated with all new furniture and fully renovated bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen and a space for dining. The primary bedroom has a King bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 1 full and 1 queen. Additional bathroom is located in the hallway. Both bedrooms have TVs.
Oceanside Villas are the closest complex to the IOP connector, which allows for easy on and off access from Isle of Palms. Only a quick 5 minute drive to Mount Pleasant or 20 minutes to Downtown Charleston. These nearby locations offer great restaurants, shopping, golf courses, historic sites, and more!

Great location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at isle of Palm. This is so close to the beach and the pool! Only negative is the chair in the living room is very old and smelled dirty. Also the doors to the bathroom stick and had to have someone help get the door unstuck. Those are easy fixes though! Overall nicely decorated and clean!

This location was perfect for us as we explored living in Mount Pleasant. Access to beach was great and close to all we wanted to see. I would caution parents of young children, to be careful when they exit the individual buildings and the pool area. It is a tight squeeze for cars to pass through, and often children darted out unexpectedly.

Nice family get- away
Family friendly place. Relatively quiet but be aware that the noise from garbage pick-up is bright and early (6:30am). Prime location- close to the beach, shops, grocery store, etc. Beautiful beach! Charleston is only about 25 minutes away!
