Perfect size and location!

This condo is in the perfect spot. It’s our favorite place to stay when we come with our kids. The kitchen had all we needed and the couch and beds were so comfy!

Ocean Seaside Condo

The condo was clean and decorated nicely. Well equipped. The patio furniture was worn, should be replaced or cleaned. The beds were not comfortable at all. The mattresses needed to be replaced. They were so uncomfortable we just slept on top. I don’t think they were actual mattresses but a piece of foam and board. Great proximity to the beach.

The property was clean and there was a lot of kitchen supplies and extra bedding. It was on the small side but the bunk beds were great for our 4 kids. It was a couple minute walk from the beach, great location if you want to go to the beach everyday.

Very clean, great condo, but a lot of smokers at complex

The condo is directly across the street from the county park which was very nice and offered umbrella and chair rentals. It’s only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. It was great having 3 beds in guest room! We had one maintenance issue that was very quickly resolved. Island reality management company was very professional. The complex pool was bigger than expected but it was often crowded with families smoking. Other condos in the complex allow smoking on balconies and this created several very loud late night gatherings. That was the only reason for the 4 star rating. Would have given 4 1/2 stars if it was an option.

Super clean and convenient

Absolutely as advertised. A+ for cleanliness, convenience to beach and restaurants, could park right near the stairs to our unit. The unit was stocked as advertised, bedding and pillows were in like-new condition, and the owners have made great use of a small space. Bedrooms had big closets and plenty of room. Overall we were really pleased with the condo and location for a four-day weekend. Realty office is right next door and super friendly.
