The house was very welcoming and accommodating. House was in perfect condition everything and more than shown. Great place to bring the family. We all had an amazing time. Definitely would stay again.

Beautiful IOP Stay

Beautiful property with plenty of space for all our guests. The outdoor area and pool were lovely as well as the proximity to the beach. We would definitely come back!

Nice Property, Excellent Location

Our extended family enjoyed staying at this property. The living areas were spacious, the kitchen was well stocked, and the front porch was excellent. Steps from the beach.

Isle of Palms gem

This was the perfect location for three couples. The house was well-equipped and comfortable, and the beach was just a short stroll away. Everyone had a terrific time and would definitely consider this property for a future stay.

Beautiful Beach escape

We had a wonderful time from the moment we arrived. The home is even more gorgeous than than the pictures. Views were gorgeous. Super close to the beach. Beds were very comfy.

Wonderful

The property is well kept and had everything we needed for a wonderful beach vacation. The property managers were very responsive to all our questions and made sure we had a great stay and got us started with a terrific welcome package.

great home

we stayed here with multiple families for the weekend. The space is amazing and the location is quiet. There were a few small things like the pool not heating and the dish washer leaking, but overall is was amazing and we would go back!

Family getaway

This home was exactly as advertised. The location was outstanding! Big enough for all adults to have their own space, with separate cozy bedrooms. All of us said the beds were super comfortable! The outdoor area was very nice! I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Wild Dunes ProAm golf tournament

We enjoyed our stay at Beachwood East in January 2023. The home is beautiful. Anything that arose during our stay was taken care of by the property manager promptly. We would definitely love to stay there again.

The owner thought of everything to make our stay seamless. From towels for the beach to a fully stocked game room. The house was beautiful and extremely clean.

This was my first experience with vrbo and want be my last. The accommodations were spectacular and in great condition. Even after finding and paying for my rental vrbo stayed in constant communication with me to make sure my expectations of my stay were satisfying and enjoyable. I will use them for all of my vacations. A Vacation is like your favorite cake and vrbo is the Iceing!!!

Family Vacation May 2021

The house was beautiful and in the perfect location, easy walk to the beach. Pool and the outdoor cooking area were great. Spacious inside, every room and had their own bathroom and with the various porches, we rarely spent anytime inside. Almost didnt have enough time to utilize everything they house had to offer. Thought the cleaning crew could have done a better job but we did arrive early and it seemed like there was a large party there the weekend before. Would definitely recommend.

Enjoyed our stay with a few exceptios

1. Great location, comfortable house for a large group. Nice backyard. Love showers, bathrooms and balconies. 2. Furniture in living room needs a good cleaning as cushions were stained. 3. Kitchen needed more dish towels, there were no pot holders, there were only 6 coffee cups for a house that sleeps 12 and only 3 cereal bowls.

Don't plan on working from this house

The house is nice, but the internet does not work at all. It affects the TV and anyone being able to work remotely. The kitchen has hardly any pots and pans, and there are no kitchen towels or sponges to do dishes.

Ok, for money expected better

It was OK, and hade the price been less their would be no complaints, but there are a few. Ran out of toilet paper. They replenished but it should not have happened. Pre move in cleaning of kitchen was inadequate. Found food waste on floor and chairs. Basic cooking essentials like oil, salt, and pepper were not present

" Pelican " 14 Dune crest Lane, Isle of Palms, SC

Worst experience ever. Very dirty inside and absolutely unable to use outdoor kitchen.. filthy needs power washing. Web site is false advertising. Home not maintained. Lost air-conditioning on first floor 1 portable unit installed that did not cool master bed/bath ( 81degrees) dirty floors , some linens stained, tile holding up bunk bed, wine cooler not working, too many problems, unbelievable. We ate out most of the time. Very disappointed.

Fantastic property in need of some maintenance

Really nice house in great location. At one point I suspect this house was quite stunning (great layout, high end appliances, great furnishings throughout including swings on outside patios), but it is in need of some maintenance. Maybe end of season but noticeable wear and tear on walls, kitchen items (pots/pans/utensils) need replacing, garage area a bit of a mess (e.g., tiles laying around, old washer/dryer with linens still in it, rusty bikes, pool ice machine not in service with noticeable mold), and the heating system required repair during our visit. The wifi systems were not very good throughout house, even with a router added to floor by back door, and the TVs by pool required a separate code and continuously lost signal. I was also surprised that certain items were not available to guests (fire places, elevator, owner wifi). Overall really nice house and we enjoyed the trip very much. Great amenities for kids (ping pong table, pop-a-shot, air hockey table), nice welcome package, friendly property manager and ample linens/towels provided. This home was higher end than our typical IoP rentals so I was just surprised by some of the lack of maintenance/reinvestment at this price point.

Had a great stay but there was areas for improvement.

We picked this location for a quiet bachelor weekend away. The home was beautiful and the location was nice and quiet. There were a few items upon arrival that we noticed. One of the garage doors chains was rusted off and broken. We got it back down and fixed it as well as we could and just left it alone so it wasn’t a hassle for anyone. Some bags of trash were left from previous guests. No biggie, we just threw them away. We had some trouble with the grills though. The main grill was having a gas line issue and would not light. We were able to finally get it lit but this sort of item could be a bit dangerous for the wrong person. I’d have this looked at just in case by an expert. Similar for the big green egg. Was left incredibly dirty and greasy and took several hours to clean off to safely use. Also not a huge deal. Overall we enjoyed our stay, we would stay here again and we’d recommend this stop for anyone wanting to be close to the beach and enjoy some quiet time!
