It is located 22 minutes from Yellowstone National Park entrance, 13 miles to Henry Lake, and 9 miles to the boat launch for fishing and water-skiing on Island Park Reservoir. Nearby to Harriman State Park, Mesa Falls, and Sawtelle Peak. Located within the timber condominiums the clubhouse provides an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise equipment, game room, horse shoes, volley ball, mountain bikes, and board games. Disc Golf coming soon! There is also a pavilion and outside grill for gathering. Located within walking distance is the Island Park Village golf course with a driving range, 9 hole golf course, tennis court, and pickle ball court.
