Unterkunft über dieses Portal nicht buchbar

Buchung existierte bei Ankunft am Hotel nicht. Der Manager erklärte, dass das Hotel über Hotels.com keine Unterkunft anbietet. Es müsse sich um einen Betrug handeln. Unterkunft wurde vorab bezahlt. Feedabck an Hotels.com blieb unbeantwortet. Ich kann nur davon abraten diese Unterkunft zu buchen!
