"A beautiful newly built property with amazing views and an exceptional staff. Immaculate rooms and pool. From the moment we got there we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. Ezequiel the bellboy helped us with luggage and always greeted us and held the door open for us. Mariela the supervisor was excellent as well. We had an issue with something and she took full responsibility like a leader should and resolved it right away with great professionalism and respect. She made sure that we were taken care of. Everyone was great but one staff member stuck out like a shining star the way she went above and beyond for us and her name is Veronica. She's the receptionist that checked us in and from that moment all the way until check out she provided us with nothing but 5 star service. She went above and beyond several times to make sure that our vacation in Bariloche was an unforgettable one. We were thinking of doing a tour to see a famous lake that was pretty far and she stepped in and gave us some recommendations that saved us a lot of time, money and made the trip to the outdoors even better. She suggested renting a car which was cheaper than a tour for 2 and went out of her way to type out a full customized itinerary for us that included some of her favorite hidden gems full of crystal clear lakes, hikes and an amazing waterfall! She even booked it for us. I've been around the world and the level of hospitality and service that she provides is rare. Thank you!"
