"First off, I want to say the staff are excellent. They handled our situation very professionally. The bungalow should have been great but this hotel is not ready for guests. The pool is out of service, full of green algae. The main restaurant is under reconstruction so is closed. The continental breakfast is basic but that may have been because there were so few guests. The wifi service was sketchy to none. It is located on a non swimmable beach-the staff and locals say do not swim in the ocean in front!
For these reasons we left, with the staff expediting our refund so it ended well."
