If you are looking to unwind at the lake, or sit back and enjoy an unobstructed South Dakota sunset this property is perfect for you. From couples to large families, or a group of hunting buddies, the 2 acre shelter belt surrounded backyard has kids playground equipment, plenty of room to run, and local pheasants and deer that frequent the area. Across the street adjacent from the front of the house is a private lake lot with a fire pit, dock, and a shed with water and sand toys. The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs including 1 king, 1 queen, and bunk bed with pull out twin bed. The upstairs also boasts a living room, dining area, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and laundry area. The basement includes a dual sink bathroom with walk in shower, oversized living room with 2 air mattresses available for use, rec area with games (pool table, dart board, foosball), and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has 2 bunk beds, 2 pull out trundle twin beds, and one single twin bed.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
