Todo bien, solo una pega se olvidaron de mandarnos el mail con lo que teniamos que hacer, al llegar no habia nadie, ademas el sitio esta escondido, dimos vueltas durante 1 hora.

Excelente opciĆ³n en Inverness, el cuarto / sala es grande y esta en perfectas condiciones. Excelente ubicaciĆ³n en el centro de Inverness y muy buena atenciĆ³n por correo. El acceso es con cĆ³digo por lo que facilita el proceso.

Very nice apartment with excellent views

Very nice apartment with excellent views and very spacious but not enough hot water for the 4 of us to take a great hot shower Very nice terrace There needs to be done some maintenance to the department 100 In one of the bathrooms the sink was plugged and driped water The lock of that bathroom door was broken The laundry machine didn't dry only wash But the location it's excellent and a very great and spacious department

Hermoso departamento frente al rĆ­o ness

Un lugar divino para volver y disfrutar. El Ćŗnico detalle que me molestĆ³ fue que un par de dĆ­as previos recibĆ­ un instructivo en el cual me indicaron que debĆ­a retirar la llave en el hotel Mercure que a encuentra a la vuelta del apartamento y no hay nadie en recepciĆ³n y tenes que manejarte o por mail o por telĆ©fono. Fuera de ese pequeƱo detalle el apartamento es excelente

Todo perfecto, repetirĆ© seguro. Voy a Inverness 4o5veves al aƱo u no habĆ­a probado los apartamentos porque siempre me alojo en hoteles pero no hay comparaciĆ³n. Esto mucho mejor

Un lugar de ensueƱo mirando al rio.

Increible vista en inmejorable ubicacion

El apartamento es muy confortable, bien equipado, con una vista muy linda y tiene parking en el mismo edificio que es muy conveniente. Se va caminando a todas las atracciones tiuristicas.

The apartment was clean, secure, well furnished, and the views were second to none. We really enjoyed having a home to come back to in the evenings, and the location made it easy to visit the Victorian Market, Leakey's Book Store, etc. We'd love to return someday!

Fabulous location with room to spread out

It was handy to have an apartment stay during our trip. The property has a washer/dryer combo but it was challenging to use. We were delighted to find a large drying rack there! The door to our balcony had a broken lock, but as soon as we realized that and reported it, it was fixed that same day. The location is amazingly convenient to everything a tourist might want in Inverness!

The location was perfect but there were some issues. When we arrived the door to the balcony wouldnā€™t close (barely opened). The bathroom had a tap that wouldnā€™t shut off so it dripped all night. They did send maintenance right away and fixed the door. They returned the last day to put in a new tap when we were out. We used the washing machine and the entire floor molding fell off in the kitchen (loud bang). My husband was able to put it back on. The apartment was in need of updating. There is no reception but they were quick to answer and help us with the problems.

We recently spent 6 nights at Highland Apartments by Mansley and loved everything about staying here. The apartment was very clean and spacious, the kitchen was well stocked, the bed was on the firm side but comfortable, and the washer/dryer was much needed for a 3 week trip to Scotland. There was a great fan in the bedroom which kept it very comfortable, along with being able to open the bedroom window and balcony door. There is noise at night from the restaurant/pub below (which is no fault of the hotel), but between being so tired at the end of the day and the hum of the bedroom fan as background noise, it did not bother us as much. There is no front desk on property, but communication was great regarding check in, and there is always someone available in the chat function within the app. We did not find the parking garage as difficult to find as others have, and although itā€™s small with tight corners, this is not much different than any other parking garage we have used during past trips in the UK/Europe. The location is perfect to walk anywhere, as well as a Tesco being a very short walk across the bridge. We loved Inverness, and if we are fortunate enough to return, we would not stay anywhere else but Highland Apartments by Mansley.

Great place but noisy at night.

The apartment was really nice in every aspect except one. There is a pub with a live band playing until closer to 1am. The windows closed drowns out a lot of it but the bass was pounding loud enough that we were unable to sleep. If the noise wouldnā€™t bother you, or you will be at the pub, then the place is perfectly located, central to everything with a very comfortable bed and very clean.

Excellent choice

Excellent location and a beautiful well equipped appartment. The directions were clear and everything worked. The riverview was outstanding. Parking is an issue but we found a lot in ealking distance. Apparently there is a parking that needs prepayment you can use. They even left us a cute breakfast basket.

The property was spacious and clean and had a wonderful view of the river. It made us consider buying an apartment there honestly. There was a miscommunication at the beginning with the code to get our key because the automated message didn't have all of the details, but thank goodness it was during business hours so somebody came down and helped us. I would definitely go back in a heartbeat.
