Not fancy, but the room was clean and the price was reasonable.
We stayed in a middle room of one of the chalets and the internet connectivity and NESN cable connection was very poor. That is our only complaint.
We have stayed at the Swiss Chalets frequently and highly recommend it. The staff are very nice and polite, if you have any issues they are helpful. The rooms are very clean and have been updated. This time we took advantage of the complimentary breakfast (usually we go out for breakfast), I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of food offered and it was warm and very good.another reason that we stay here is because it is very quiet and just outside of town, so pulling in and out of the property is never an issue. We will definitely be back.

The breakfast was okay - white bread, frozen eggs patties, packaged muffins etc but it was SO hot in the small dining room no AC on and they had incense? burning that was very very strong smelling :/ also they charged us an “extra guest fee” $20 despite in a King room 2 adults 1 toddler. They denied the charge to Orbitz despite us having proof! We emailed them twice to dispute it but they never responded!

Clean room with frig and microwave. Very hot water for shower. Great breakfast included with room. Being GF it was nice to see I could eat with the family - scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, variety of fresh fruit, milk, juice for me and bagels, breads, make your own waffles, cereals in addition for the others. We will absolutely be returning!
I was there to work and appreciated the clean quiet space. Also this was a quiet time of year.
Great place close to a ton of great adventure spots and not far from restaurants and bars in North Conway. Friendly staff

It was an older property that claimed to be updated but really it just had a coat of paint on everything. When trying to cancel my second night reservation they refused because I booked through Orbitz and not then directly. Had a family emergency to tend to at home e and they refused to give us a refund.

enjoyed the stay. good breakfast and staff was friendly and welcoming. facilities were clean and bed was comfortable. shower and bathroom had hot water that worked quickly. nice size college fridge and freezer.
Great location. Several good restaurants and breweries short drive from the hotel. The staff is diligent about cleaning and very helpful. Most likely I will stay here away

The building outside looks great, but the room was old and dirty. There were stains on bed sheets, and hair on toilet and shower, and the table had sticky sauce on. We would not stay again.
