Charming, quiet, and perfectly located—Bellevue is a hidden gem in the heart of Interlaken. The views from the river-facing balconies are stunning, and the hotel strikes a lovely balance between old-world character and modern comfort. Staff were warm and helpful, and the location near Interlaken West station made day trips easy. A peaceful base with just the right touch of luxury.

Clean comfortable and stylish room with easy access to local train station. Lovely breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Ticks all the boxes for a pleasant break in the Alps.

What a beautiful place to stay!! Right on the beautiful lake and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in town. Also 5 minutes from Interlaken West which you walk along a quiet road to get to the hotel - very nice since the town itself can be busy. Best time to go is for New Year’s as they have a huge festival the 1st and a parade the 2nd. 5 minutes from a very cute cafe called Velo, and very close to the Victoria hotel. Reception was fabulous. Gave you a free drink voucher to the restaurant next door (not sure if just for New Year’s). Also gave a transportation card if wanted but we walked everywhere. Then offered a bottle of water upon check out for our travels. Overall great location and place to stay!

The staff was not very friendly or accommodating. The hotel is barely 4 star without any amenities such as an in-room refrigerator or coffee and snacks in the lobby. In addition, the beds were not comfortable and the pillows were not much of anything. The most positive feature of this hotel is it’s location.
