In this holiday semi-detached house you will find a cozy living room with flat screen TV, stereo system, fireplace, sofa bed and open fitted kitchen. Here you will find everything you need for a successful holiday: fridge-freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave. From the living room you can access the large terrace with patio furniture,beach umbrella and barbecue. There is also a bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. A large bathroom with bathtub, toilet and washing machine completes the ground floor. Two cozy bedrooms with double beds, one of which has its own TV, are available on the upper floor for up to 4 people. Here you will find the large bathroom with shower/toilet and sauna.
Make use of the garden area, which is equipped with new patio furniture and a beach chair.
A travel cot as well as a high chair and a handcart are available for our little guests.
A free internet connection is available to you.

Super kurzurlaub
Die Kommunikation mit PAS war super....schlüsselübergabe klappte perfekt...am Haus sybille von innen gibts nichts auszusetzen...es war super sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht....(nur im wohnzimmer und unterem schlafzimmer braucht es unbedingt Gardinenstopper) ....ein ganz anderes Bild bietet sich einem im Aussenbereich...wir hätten bei dem herrlichen wetter gern draussen gesessen aber die Terrasse
ist eine einzige zumutung... alles schmutzig vom strandkorb bis zu den gartenmöbeln und vor lauter hohem Gras und Unkraut kam man kaum hinten zum Gartenhaus....wir haben immer ganz neidisch zum nachbarhaus geschaut wo die gäste so gemütlich auf ihrer terrasse gelegen haben....aber trotzdem waren es ein paar schöne Tage und die insel ist sehr schön....

Poel ist Natur pur
Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, wie beschrieben. Nur leider ist das Wohnzimmer nicht so möbliert wie es auf der Homepage zu sehen ist. Es steht da jetzt ein Sofa auf dem man zwar gut kuscheln kann, aber nicht normal sitzen. Die Sitzfläche ist sehr tief. Für vier Erwachsene zu klein. Schade...Wir waren im Winter da, also hieß es, drei auf dem Sofa, der vierte auf einen Stuhl.

Was will man mehr :-) !
strandnähe, Hunde freundlich, gepflegtes Haus, alles was man braucht im Haus vorhanden, drei separate Zimmer für drei Einzelpersonen oder zwei (drei) Pärchen geeignet, schöner Wohnraum mit Küche an dem zu jeder Zeit die Sonne hereinschaut, Strandkorb für Schatten oder Windschutz genial!
