It was a great hotel, in n amazing and central location right on the main street. Lots to do/see/eat near by. Close to the Nordkette to get to the top of Innsbruck. Check in was easy. The bar/breakfast area is beautiful! Great options!

Absolutely lovely stay at Altstadthotel in Innsbruck. Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at for customer service, the staff were absolutely fantastic and made the stay a joy. There was some street noise in night so I'd probably recommend a room towards the back of the hotel if you can but otherwise, I'm struggling to find fault with the rest of the hotel. Can't wait to visit again for longer.

A wonderful hotel located in the heart of the old city, close to everything. We had a very spacious clean room with lots of character on the top floor. A sofa made it extra cozy. The bed was super comfortable. We would hear church bell and see the mountains from the window which was priceless. The staff is very helpful and friendly, made us feel welcomed from the beginning to the end. One of the most memorable hotels we have ever stayed anywhere. Can't wait to go back!!!

It’s a cute hotel. Great location. Unfortunately upon entering hotel there were two housekeepers swearing in Russian. While I live in Canada, I understand Russian very well. It’s really not a nice vibe. I haven’t encountered such behaviour in Canada, UK or Russia. So it’s person specific not culture specific. The housekeeping employees need better training. Breakfast seemed overwhelmed. They didn’t have bowls for yogurt, then they didn’t have plates. In the evening bar looked cute but the cocktail we ordered was poured from a 1.5L plastic water bottle that was being reused. I understand they pre-made it, but the presentation needs to be better. Hotel rooms do not have an option of setting desired temperature. They set it at the reception and in the room I was only allowed to adjust 1.5 degree up or down. It was so hot in the room and I had no option of lowering the heat pulling. Wasteful of energy and very difficult for a customer.

Excellent location in old town. We received a city discount card and a welcome drink at check-in. The only thing we didn’t like was our room was in line with the kitchen window and they start early and the bright lights lit up our room with no shade.

The best location to stay in Innsbruck. Nothing beats staying at the heart of the old town. Easy access to plenty of nice restaurants in the area, very walkable. The rooms are clean and the room scent they use is a nice touch. Breakfast at the rooftop bar was really good as well. Decent variety and great quality alongside magnificent views.

I had a great time at Weisses Kreuz. The staff was wonderful, friendly and efficient. They provide excellent recommendations for restaurants (loved Piano Bar) and were helpful with directions. The only problem, if you have car you should call ahead to get directions to the garage. Cars are not allowed in the old city center.

We had such a lovely stay at the Altstadthotel Weisses Kreuz hotel. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The views of the mountains from the hotel were truly magnificent, we couldn’t get enough of them and even decided to stay an extra night just to enjoy it all a little longer. Highly recommend!
