Wonderful spot-still have some growing pains as indicated below.

Lots of things missing - towels, blankets, detergent for the clothes, however, when we asked for the items, you were very responsive. I know these places are new, but try to outfit the places with items that are necessary items. The extra charges for the pool, firepit, etc. were a little annoying.

Beautiful property, but lack of communication at the end

As we arrived, we were greeted by our host and walked through the property. The property was absolutely gorgeous and spacious, and in a great location. If there were any issues during our stay, they were great in communicating back and helping address each concern. Everything was great, except our pool heating/spa/firepits (which were extra charge) functioning optimally. They did come and try to address it, and when it wasn’t fixed they agreed to refund me. I was very pleased with the service and communication throughout our stay, but when I would follow up regarding the refund, they seemed to neglect me. I really tried to reach out numerous times before having to leave my review, as I only intended to summarize my positive experience. I only hope they’re able to resolve issues with future guests going forward.

Fantastic house in a great location

We stayed at the Villa with a group of friends while we attended Stagecoach. The house is very well appointed and spacious. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the house is perfect for up to seven couples. The Polo Grounds are located very nearby and are easily accessible by foot. I can’t imagine a better place to stay for music festivals and other events at the Polo Grounds since the accommodations are truly luxurious and the convenient location cannot be beat. Communication was generally good, but I was surprised that there is an additional, and not insignificant charge, for heating the pool and using the fire pit, which does not seem to be clear from the listing.

Indian Wells/ Palm Springs

We had a group of 6 couples stay at this amazing home. All the bedrooms are fantastic, the kitchen is very nice, the pool and hot tub are amazing. And the views and location were perfect for our trip to watch tennis at Indian Wells. The communication was a little slow with the property manager at first, but as the trip got closer, it was very timely. Highly recommend this home

Fabulous

Everything about the house and stay was amazing. The house has everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms and bathrooms are wonderful and Hector was fantastic getting us acquainted with the house and immediately available to answer questions on Text or phone. If you want space, an incredible pool and total relaxation, pick this house!

Fantastic House

This home was truly a 5-star experience as we celebrated a milestone birthday! The privacy of each bedroom having an en suite bathroom was ideal for all of us couples. There was plenty of space indoors and outdoors for us to enjoy meals together ~ the infinity hot tub and lit up firepits made for a great ending to each evening. Hector and Jesus was very responsive and went the extra mile to make sure we had a memorable experience! We will DEFINITELY be returning!

Incredible House - Highly Recommend

I will start by saying that this neighborhood is under construction but it will be amazing once it's completed. It's right across the way from Coachella. We only stayed in one of the finished houses and it was incredible. We had another house booked in a different neighborhood (totally different listing). Unfortunately, but fortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we found this house to replace it last minute. The house is exactly as described and we spent endless time in the pool. It was the biggest pool in a rented house I've ever seen. The house only slept 14 people but we thought 30 people could easily swim in it. There's not a lot of photos of the rooms, but each was spacious and had an ensuite which was really great for our group. The master was pure luxury. The kitchen is fully stocked. Anything you need to cook or host was available. Even table mats. It's quite impressive really. All the house decor was tasteful and minimal. Jesus was very communicative - really appreciated it. I would certainly book that house again in the future.

It was beyond incredible!

Wow, I can't even put into words how amazing my stay was! It was beyond incredible. I had an absolute blast with my family and friends. And let me tell you, this house was the best place I've ever stayed in! Everything was perfect, from the comfortable beds to the beautiful decor and amazing amenities. I have to give a huge shoutout to the manager Hector Ayala; he was the cherry on top! He was so nice and attentive to all of our needs, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I honestly can't wait to come back here again! Thank you so much for making our stay so fantastic!
