Needs work

Lawn overgrown. Not mowed.No kitchen towels, dish cloths. Thinly stocked dish-ware, glassware. No outdoor furniture on patio. Fireplace not working. No extra blankets.Could be great rental with more attention to detail.

Great stay

I was attending an event in Indianapolis and decided a house sounded better than a hotel. This house was as advertised; 20 minutes from downtown, clean, and lots of space. There are several walking paths along with a great selection of stores that are less than a mile away. I had a question regarding the TV, the home owner immediately responded. Would definitely stay here again

Big10 playoff Game

The house was perfect. We had oregon ducks (my daughter and her friend), another friend, my 10-year old daughter, and my boyfriend and I staying. We were in Indy for the Oregon/PSU game. Home was beautiful and in a safe neighborhood location about 25 minutes from downtown. It literally was more than I had expected. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Home Away From Home

Some friends and I traveled to Indianapolis for a quick weekend getaway. Everything was amazing. The house was beautiful and very clean. Very quiet neighborhood and we were near alot of different restaurants. Downtown wasn't far too which was perfect. We'll definitely be keeping this place in mind the next time we come into town

Just as described

We had a great time. The house was perfect for three of us. The neighborhood was nice and made us feel safe. The owner did a great job of communicating with us. They left us some treats. It was a nice extra touch to make us feel welcome. I would recommend this house to others. It was close to downtown and conveniently located near shops.

Spacious, clean, and beautiful, but missing some inexpensive amenities that are needed.

Beds need 2 nightstands, we all have phones and items to keep close by. No where to put luggage, not cool squatting on the floor going thru luggage . Only 2 cups and 2 plates in the house and one kitchen knife. The sheets did not fit the bed in the 2nd bedroom. There is a patio with a nice view but no outdoor chairs. All of this could be fixed with a $100 trip to Walmart.

Simply Wonderful!

From the communication with the property manager, the spaciousness of the property and cleanliness of the home… our weekend stay was wonderful!! The neighborhood was quiet and oh btw the walking trail in the back of the home was a nice bonus as well. We already have plans to stay there again in the future. 😊

Very quiet neighborhood - close to downtown and shopping/groceries/restaurant areas. Home had all the basics for a short stay. Property manager checked in via text several times which was appreciated.

Great Deal

This is a comfortable property close to shopping and sites. The master bedroom bed is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. The check in was smooth process and when we advised our flight was delayed and were checking in very late the host confirmed there was coffee and creamer for the morning! The floors could have been a little cleaner (very dusty) and a few more coffee cups (only 2) but all in all a very nice property-would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and centrally located

Our family really enjoyed this property for a family of 4. Everyone had the right amount of space and the neighborhood was serene. We took advantage of the central location when dining and shopping in Avon and Plainfield. The proximity to the airport is great too. Thank you for a great stay!

A quiet place to stay

We had a family reunion near Indianapolis and wanted a place to stay nearby. It was a perfect location, five minutes from the reunion and also nearby grocery stores and restaurants. We loved that there are walking/biking trails right out the back door, and we hope to return in the summer to take advantage of the trails. The house was clean and questions to the manager were promptly answered. The neighbors’ houses were very close, but that wasn’t an issue at all. The neighborhood is very quiet, even over the holiday weekend. We hope to return soon.
