The kitchen had plenty of space for cooking and food prep. We could have used a better skillet, but we made do with what was available. The home was cute and cozy, with great coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The host and locals in the area were kind and helpful. We also loved the option of the wine available for purchase in the house. We would definitely stay here next time we attend Grand Nationals if possible.

Good location close to restaurants, coffee, and Lucas Oil Stadium. Beds were very comfortable and host offers plenty of blankets, towels, coffee, etc. The description does list a futon but its actually a regular couch that could sleep two kids or one adult comfortably. Overall we really enjoyed staying here.

Extremely comfortable, clean and roomy 2nd FL apt in a quite neighborhood! There are a few restaurants and bars about block away.The host Jake was accomdating, responsive and professional!I would definitely stay here again during my next visit to Indianapolis! Great experience!

Parliament Funkadelic Trip

Great stay, was able to work on vacation. Great coffee shop at the end of the block ( walking distance ) Jake was a great host need a HDMI cord for PlayStation. The apartment is extremely huge and great space.

Great condo

3 night stay with my daughter and another mom/daughter for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. The place was clean, updated, decorated so nicely and had everything we needed. Lots of towels, comfortable beds, Nespresso machine is great, plenty of basic kitchen supplies… we were at the tournament most of our stay but the neighborhood looked cute and had lots of dining options nearby. Loved the Venmo wine option even though we didn’t partake it’s a brilliant idea.

Christmas Visit for Family
