The staff was wonderful! I mean went above and beyond. I would rate a 5 star but I feel like I should add that you can hear literally everything. We could hear the people upstairs running around to people in the hallway and the doors slamming etc. which typically I cant hear quite like this, also the room was so hot and I tried to turn the heat down and it never went down. We also had issues with the remote and volume not working. The manager was so sweet and did help us get the volume to work but we then couldn’t get the remote to change the channel it kept getting stuck or would shut off completely. Maybe just our room but felt I should mention. 😅

This is the second time that I have stayed at Courtyard. The hotel is wonderful. The staff are friendly~greets you every time you come into the hotel. The rooms are clean. The hotel is conveniently located to get to shopping and dining without being on the congested area. This time I travel alone and felt completely safe both inside and outside the hotel. Great place to stay especially for the value.
