The apartment has a lot of space, and everything is as advertised. The location is quite convenient. Free street parking (in addition to the house's parking) is a bonus. The host was always responsive.

The place was very clean, the balcony was very nice to go and sit out at night. I would complain about the parking spot in the garage however that was communicated clearly beforehand. Everything was perfect and honestly I felt so well treated I wish I could give it 6 stars.

EXCELLENT CONDO, we really enjoyed our stay!!! Great location in a quiet neighborhood near downtown Indianapolis, IN. Beautiful large condo was exceptionally clean, with very comfortable bed and furniture throughout. The kitchen was well stocked with nice quality dishes and pans. The host has taken extra thought in supplying additional items throughout such as a large variety of personal hygiene & cleaning items.The free parking was a great perk as there was ample parking out front of the building as well as in the enclosed underground secured garage. The availability of an enclosed secured elevator made loading/unloading easy.The host, Monica was great to work with and responded quickly to all our questions. Due to incoming snow forecasted at our home, we left for Indy early. As a result, we arrived a few hours prior to check in. We reached out to Monica to inquire about a possible early check in. She responded immediately and arranged for us to check in early. We would definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend it!!! You can’t go wrong!!!

Fantastic and quiet location within walking distance to bars, coffee shops, cafes, museums, etc. Nice large apartment with a great balcony overlooking Indy. Would absolutely stay here again.
