This home features a modern, fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances, private bedrooms, and stylish bathrooms. It also includes a coffee bar with complimentary snacks and gourmet coffee, a patio with gas grill and outdoor seating, plus many small kitchen appliances. Other amenities include toiletries, a high chair, pack-n-play, games, full size washer and dryer, and much more!

Not only does Blue's Bungalow boast a fully renovated home, the location is prime as you are mere steps away from Butler's campus. With private, off-street parking, Clowes Hall and Hinkle Fieldhouse are a quick walk. All this while also being a short 12 minutes to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, 8 minutes to Broad Ripple Ave, and 20 minutes to downtown Indy.

Perfect location in Indianapolis

We spent 3 nights here for our spring break. Located in a beautiful neighborhood on the edge of the Butler University Campus. Just around the corner from the Governor of Indiana’s residence. Minutes from LucasOil Stadium and IMS. Minutes from high-end shopping and restaurants. House had very recently been refurbished and was tastefully decorated. Highly recommend.

Fabulous Indy House

My adult daughter, toddler grandson and I had a stellar 4 night stay in this house near Butler U. The pictures don’t do it justice; everything was stylish and comfortable. We found it spacious and it had everything we could have needed (including children’s things like dishes and a pack and play). It was clean and welcoming with super easy check in and check out and communications with the owner, Chris, were easy and quick.We highly recommend staying in this home that is close to many of the things that Indy has to offer.

This sweet bungalow was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our time there. It was in a quiet, safe neighborhood right next to Butler University. Perfect for a weekend getaway. This house is in a great location if you are visiting your child at Butler. The furnishings are new and tasteful. The owners thought of everything including games, snacks and water.
