Airport to hotel shuttle never picked us up Air conditioning NOT working. The front desk told me that is only turned on in summer time ( not specified on Orbitz home page. Room was very hot, very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn’t get the 2 free drinks because the bar opens at 6:00 pm. The coupons we received the day of check in stated bar is open from 10:00 am until 12:30 am. I will call Orbitz for a type of compensation

The shuttle driver was very professional and friendly. The front desk agents were all very helpful and professional. Hotel location is the best( I am Platinum with Marriott, I can stay at Marriott brand nest hotel for better price and quality room, but the location was very bad for Nest hotel), that’s the main reason I stayed at Golden Tulip for at least 5 times. Convenient for my overnight layover. Wish the shuttle was more convenient. I booked the place upon landing and they don’t do shuttle pick ups day of. In fact, the GM is very warmhearted and make sure my stay is comfortable which he personally approached me together with his assistant regarding my encounter during the check-in which I did share with him about the guidance to print out the coupons for breakfast and the room card because first timer won’t be familiar how to do it. Anyway I like the place on overall ratings. Is excellent! Will stay there as very convenient beside Unseo train station which can easily briyou to Seoul and other attractive places.

This is my number 1 place to stay in Incheon close to the airport. Right near to Unseo train station. $15 breakfast buffet is great with many western and asian food. Clean and great service. Airport shuttle available or you can ride AREX train from the airport. Downstairs is $10 bar with all unlimited wine with cheese crackers plate. (The plate is limited to 1 time). Convinient store on 1st floor. Lots of shopping and restaurants on walking distance. Lotte Mart with Instant rax free across the street and don't miss Daiso store near!
