Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit bequemen Betten und einem schönen Balkon.Das Badezimmer ist allerdings verbesserungswürdig: Es gibt weder einen Duschvorhang noch eine Halterung für den Duschkopf, sodass man sich in die Wanne setzen und die Brause die ganze Zeit festhalten muss, das ist recht unpraktisch.Die Küche ist eher einfach gehalten, reicht aber zum Kochen vollkommen aus und ist mit Mikrowelle und genügend Töpfen gut ausgestattet.Ein schönes Extra ist die Kaffeemaschine im Wohnbereich (Kapseln müssen selbst mitgebracht werden).Trotz der kleinen Abstriche beim Bad insgesamt ein empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt!Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, zum Bahnhof zu Fuß 10 Minuten. Von dort aus sind die Berge gut erreichbar.

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Leider vermittelt die Wohnung den Eindruck dass an vielen Ecken etwas fehlt und nicht fertig ist. Das Badezimmer wirkt auf den ersten Eindruck zwar recht schön, ist aber eigentlich eine 0 Nummer. Es ist keine Dusche vorhanden, und die Wanne ist winzig und sehr schmal. Ein abduschen oder gar baden ist schier unmöglich. Der Balkon ist nicht fertig. Es stehen überall Beton Steine/ Pflanzringe rum, der Kunstrasen der wohl drauf kommen soll, steht noch zusammengerollt in der Ecke. Die Wohnung ist für 8 Personen ausgeschrieben, aber bei 6 wirds schon eng. ( wir waren 4 Erw. und 2 Kleinkinder ) Die Treppe in die Wohnung ist eine Gefahrenstelle, besondere Vorsicht mit Kleinkindern. Alles Dinge die der Vermieter sicherlich noch beheben wird. Er ist bestrebt für Probleme Lösungen zu finden. Leider, und das liegt nicht in seiner Hand, bekommt man unmittelbar den Eindruck dass man in dem Haus leider über einem Schrottplatz wohnt. Überall stehen abgemeldete Schrottkarren in der Einfahrt und drum herum, auf dem Gebäude auf das man vom Balkon schaut liegen Felgen und Autoteile, Türen etc. Es gibt nur eine einzige Mülltonne deren Deckel mit Metallschrott blockiert war. Die Küche ist nicht zum Kochen geeignet und der Kühlschrank steht im Wohnzimmer. Zu wenige gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer war durchgebrochen. Leider keine Empfehlung! Positiv zu bemerken war, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und es gab Spielzeug vor Ort.
