There was only one coffee sachet in the room, one bath robe and dirty towels. The sink was blocked and no hot water in the shower. The drinks I ordered for room service we not available again, we stayed a year ago and the same, instead they sold us drinks twice the price. I informed the reception about the problems and they didn't care. Will never stay there again. 😡

My senior sisters like the placed first very convenient to shopping mall and the hotel is wonderful so cozy place and wonderful staff. I always booked with them in the same hotel almost every 2months and even when we visit Iloilo we always stayed in the same place hotel by radisson.
