This bed and breakfast does not look like any of the pictures you see on Expedia. It is much smaller than it seems. there is a fence right next to the pool that you do not see in the picture. The lobby is outdated with broken furniture. The swimming pool is waaaay smaller than it looks and the pool bar is completely abandoned and inoperative. They say free coffee but they charge you a lot for it. Forget about the WiFi and any chance of getting connected to the internet. We run out of water for a whole day and when it was working was either boiling hot or freezing cold with minimum pressure/amount of water. We arrived at night and parked our rental car in the (very dark) parking lot and it was hit by a jackfruit. Owner refuses to reimburse for the repair. Be very careful with all the jackfruit trees around the property. We paid a lot of money for our stay (totally not worth it) and spent most of our vacation trying to solve the problem with the car and lack of water/internet with no success. Stay far away from this property. Never coming back to it.

Really good place to stay in Ilhabela

Very friendly staff, nice restaurant, excellent breakfast, good facilities and a fairly nice location if you don't need to be extremely close to the beach. You can also use the facilities of their two other hotels in Ilhabela during your stay, which helps a lot if you just wanna take a shower in another location or even use the swimming pool.

The location is not fantastic, but it is central by car to various locations. The staff is nice, the breakfast is good. The rooms are little villas so you have plenty of space. The bathrooms could use some updating, but for overall value on an expensive island, this is a nice solution.

Pelo os comentários achei que ia ser ruim, mais pelo contrário o lugar é rústico, confortável, achei muito lindo e muito legal, as piscinas, tem bastante banheiros espalhados no local, no casarão onde é servido café de noite tinha rodízio de pizza, playground para meu bebê, foi muito legal, e ainda depois que a gente fecha a conta da pousada que é até 12:00 a gente ainda pode utilizar as piscinas e os banheiros, podendo tomar banho e se trocar tranquilamente para o retorno da viajem , bom amei e voltarei mais vezes

Pousada boa mas precisa melhorar!

A pousada é um casarão com uns 170 anos de construção. É bem diferente, bem antigo para quem gosta. Optei pelo “Chalé Luxo” é tudo muito antigo, mas a televisão e o wifi era muito bom, a cama macia, também tem um café da manhã gostosinho… tive que trocar o controle do nosso ar condicionado duas vezes, E o ralo do nosso box estava muito entupido. Tomava banho e água não descia, coisa simples de se resolver. As toalhas de banho, piso, rosto e de uso na praia muito cheirosas. A Piscina grande sempre muito gelada, mesmo em dias de calor absurdo a água está sempre muito fria, em 5 diárias mudamos apenas 1 vez. A pousada está do lado da cachoeira da Toca, então se preparem porque tem muito borrachudo! Mas muitoooo mesmo….. em qualquer hora do dia…. Então usamos muito repelente e acabou dando certo. Mas se deixar 1 janelinha aberta entra todo tipo de bichinho que voa no seu quarto, além de muita lagartixa. Não gostei do piso do quarto, é tipo um piso de barro, muito antigo, então não dá para estar sempre limpo, porque gruda muita sujeira no chão. Suja todo o seu pé. A área externa (sacadinha do nosso chalé) estava muito suja. O ideal seria mandar água no chão do quarto e na sacada após cada hóspede usar, mas conversando com a camareira a mesma me disse que 2 horas de limpeza entre um hóspede e outro não é suficiente. Recomendo lavar com água caso não tenha hóspedes … Fica próxima do centro comercial “não o centrinho histórico”, mas com carro tem boa facilidade em tudo.

Pousada antiga e com estrutura bem ruim, não tenho problemas com o fato de que é um prédio histórico e com os seus quartos simples, o grande problema é que essa estrutura não e só precária, falta manutenção em muitos lugares. Mas o que realmente incomodou mesmo foi a limpeza, os lençóis eram limpos, no entanto camas com acumulo de sujeira, banheiro com bolores por todos os lados, insetos grudados na parede e um cheiro insuportável de esgoto, não estou exagerando. Áreas comuns tampouco nos dão a vontade de permanecer no hotel, sofás sujos, poeira por todos os lados, etc, etc... Por fim, é uma pena, a propriedade tem potencial, mas precisa de atitude urgente.
