Gostaria de começar minha avaliação elogiando os funcionários da pousada, mas reiterar que minha estadia nao foi 100%. Da pra notar que da rede Vellin, a Pousada Canoa que fica próxima a praia da Feiticeira, sofre com problemas de estrutura. Não tem funcionário suficiente para que os processos sejam rápidos e menos embaraçosos para todas as partes envolvidas, se você quiser que seu quarto seja limpo, é preciso deixar a chave na recepção pois os mesmos funcionários que servem nosso café tem que correr para limpar os quartos depois. Com isso, alguns constrangimentos entre funcionários e quem alugou a pousada são passados de bobeira. Fomos bem acolhidas mas é visível que existe um desgaste pela falta de funcionários. Além disso, a pousada não esta preparada para grandes chuvas e no dia do nosso check in a luz acabou 18:30 da tarde e só voltou no dia seguinte, mas conseguimos usar parcialmente a televisão e mini frigobar que são disponibilizados no quarto. Também preciso pontuar que de madrugada as vezes subia um cheiro de esgoto no quarto e nao conseguimos identificar se era do nosso banheiro ou do banheiro dos outros hóspedes.

O quarto estava em boas condições, porém a limpeza deixa a desejar. O estacionamento não é demarcado o que fez com que tivemos que deixar o carro na rua pois infelizmente o ser humano não tem senso de coletividade e não estaciona adequadamente para caber todos. Porém seria resolvido se o hotel ao menos fizesse marcações no chão. Por ser próximo a mata tem muito borrachudo e pernilongo, bom levar muito repelente e inseticida. As piscinas são pequenas o que faz com que os hóspedes se sintam incomodados com muita gente na piscina e acabamos não utilizando. Pelo valor não achei a estrutura do hotel tão boa, tem hotéis melhores em Ilhabela.

As fotos e vídeos da pousada no aplicativo nao condiz com a realidade da pousada, quarto com mofo nas paredes , areas comuns sem manutenção e sem limpeza (abandonado), cafe da manhã muito diferente das fotos bem limitado. Reclamei do mofo na parade do quarto e só no segundo dia q me transferiram para outro quarto.

Quarto cheirando mofo, ar condicionado sem manutenção ( impossível ser usado). Saí com crise alérgica. Quarto tinha baratas mortas. Atendentes de recepção zero simpatia e sequer deram alternativa quando problemas foram apontados. Não voltaremos.
