AC non functional, internet malfunctional, room not clean and not serviced well, bathroom lacks cleanliness, no water provided, tv malfunctional. I am appalled by my own mistake of booking this hotel. I have never been duped based on the charge (extremely high) i expected basics to be taken care of. I blame Orbitz for this lack of supervision.
