The property was very nice, super clean and modern. We were surprised by the size and amenities---very nice and spacious. Great value ! The owner and family were helpful and accommodating. It was an easy drive into Passau. We'd definitely stay here again.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich, ruhige Lage. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat uns gute Tipps für den Aufenthalt gegeben. Die Znterkunft ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Verblijf was super goed en keurig schoon. Communicatie was zeer goed. Al het het benodigde is aanwezig. Verzorging zoals handdoeken en beddegoed ook tussen tijds op tijd verschoond. geweldige tijd gehad en afgelopen 3 weken. Super bedankt Johannes, Cristina, maar vooral AlexanderDer Aufenthalt war ausgezeichnet und makellos sauber. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden. Annehmlichkeiten wie Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden ebenfalls regelmäßig gewechselt.Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und die letzten drei Wochen.Vielen Dank, Johannes, Cristina und besonders Alexander.

Eine Unterkunft zum Zuhause fühlen.Sehr gute Ausstattung, alles zum alltag war vorhanden.Bequeme Betten, hübsches Wohnzimmer mit schöner Terasse.Sehr zuvorkommdes, freundliches und nettes Vermieterpaar.Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Insgesamt ein schönes Objekt.Insbesondere die Sauberkeit ist hervorzuheben, so etwas findet man mal ganz, ganz selten.Unsere nächste Reise nach Niederbayern werden wir als erstes versuchen dort wieder zu buchen.Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit bei ihnen.

Sehr schöner Kurzaufenthalt

Wir haben die Wohnung für zwei Nächte gebucht und konnten nach vorheriger Rücksprache sogar etwas früher anreisen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und fast familiär. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es gab keinen Grund für Beanstandungen. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Kurzaufenthalt. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Ausstattung

Wir haben uns aufgrund der Beschreibung und den Bewertungen für diese Ferienwohnung entschieden und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Es ist alles wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Vermieter kümmert sich fürsorglich um seine Gäste und lässt es ihnen an nichts fehlen. Bei Fragen ist er immer sehr hilfsbereit. Als einziges fanden wir es Schade, dass der große Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer nicht vollständig genutzt werden konnte.

Tolle FeWo auf dem Land

FeWo liegt 22 Km nördlich von Passau in der Gemeinde Hutthurm im OT Prag. In Hutthurm und Büchlberg gibt es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Tankstellen, Gastronomie. Prag selbst hat eine Tanke mit Brötchenservice. Passau ist über die B12 sehr gut zu erreichen. Die FeWo bietet für 2 Personen alles was man benötigt. Bei entsprechendem Wetter kann man auf der Terrasse (Ostseite) wunderbar Frühstücken. Der Vermieter ist sehr um einen bemüht. Hat uns mehrfach angesprochen, ob es fehle. War aber alles in Ordnung. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld, zur Anreise usw. verlief ausgezeichnet. Wunderbar.

Schöne, große Wohnung, absolut ruhig gelegen

Die großzügig geschnittene, schön eingerichtete und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Terrasse liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Wir wurden herzlich vom Gastgeber empfangen, der uns Früchte aus dem eigenen Garten geschenkt hat. Der nette Ort Waldkirchen (mit Saussbachklamm!) ist in 10-15 Autominuten erreichbar. Von hier aus geht auch der (trotz ständiger leichter Steigung) lohnenswerte Adalbert-Stifter- Radweg weiter bis Haidmühle (ca. 25km). Der herrliche Ilzradweg ist ebenfalls schnell erreichbar. Die Unterkunft kann man in jeder Hinsicht nur empfehlen! Wir habe uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt.
