Check in was horribly slow, we showed up at 2:30PM and we did not get into our room until 3:40. We had a Wedding at 430 and barely made it. The manager refused to offer any alternative area for us to change. The Hotel was understaffed and inexperienced. Hopefully with improved management the hotel can turn it around.

You can hear everyone in the pool on the 2nd floor in the room. And the heat/ac unit made a terrible noise. Otherwise everything was great

Overall a nice stay. We stayed for three nights over the weekend. Our only complaint is we asked for new towels/clean our room the third night in the afternoon. When we came back that evening at 11 nothing was done. The next morning during checkout, the front desk was kind and asked how are stay was. I told her about the lack of service and she apologized explaining their housekeeper may have gotten overwhelmed. Otherwise everyone was very nice and overall great stay!
