Host - was great, responded quickly with all questions. Kitchen was fine, probably could have been a little bigger with the 15-16 ladies we had in the house. Didn't go to the pool, but it would not let me get past the questions w/o answering so I gave it all stars. It was great, except for parking. Other guest hogged up the parking areas. Side by side was loud. Nice to have 4 bedrooms with KS/QS and 2 bedrooms with 4 nice size bunkbeds in them and 6 full bathrooms. Nice to have a washer and dryer upstairs and downstairs.

Solid option in Southern Utah

Overall, this property was a great option for our group. We had 12 of us, and we could have easily had 5 or 6 more and still fit comfortably. There were plenty of towels, kitchen gear, and space for all of us. The house was generally very clean when we got there. We did have an issue with some pet hair when we arrived. We had some people in our group with allergies, but thankfully not severe. We let the owners know, and they were quick to apologize and let us know they would talk with their cleaners. The only other complaint, and this is really a preference, but the queen and king-sized beds all had mattresses that were very hard. We prefer beds a bit softer, but this wasn't an issue for the couple of nights we stayed. We'd stay here again despite the small issues.

Great home but the parking was hard to find. I’d each home can for 30 people then they definitely need more parking per unit. And the hot tub was over flowing with people. It was thanksgiving weekend though

Amazing

We stayed for a 50th anniversary celebration. Clean! So clean. Everything you need in the kitchen plus some. Swimming was a huge bonus. Location couldn't have been more perfect. East access to ZNP. Easy access to shopping. Incredibly homey and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Home!

The home was clean and had plenty of space for our group of 20. Everyone stayed busy with the pool and the kids loved the arcade games upstairs. We would recommend this place to anyone looking to have a great time with a large group or multi families!

Family reunion home

We had a great family reunion. The property is clean and well maintained. Plenty of sleeping room and activity space. We loved the pool including the lazy river. The only draw back is the limited parking space. There are two spaces in the garage. Everyone else had to park at the club house, but it only about a hundred foot walk. Thanks so much!

Has It All!

This place was ideal for our family! Plenty of room for everyone! Beds, beds, and more beds made it great for sleeping our whole group. Quiet neighborhood. The ping pong table and basketball game in the garage were perfect for keeping kids unplugged and a great way to connect generations. The pool area was great fun with all the kids and grandkids. Everything we needed was there on site and the space was great for game time. Thank you! We will definitely be back.

Perfect Group Lodging

This property was perfect for our large group. Seems like there was a place to sleep everywhere you went in the house. It was in a convenient location for us to get to Zion national park and provided a great pool area as well after a long day hiking. Would definitely rent again if available.

Home away from home

This condo was perfect! It was clean, comfortable, and, spacious. It is next to the clubhouse, pool, parking, and is an end unit which makes it a little more private. It is conveniently located near stores and landmark destinations. Management was responsive and accommodating. A home environment filled with the amenities to entertain all ages! Perfect for our family reunion. We would definitely book again!

Five star family reunion accommodations!

It was perfect! We needed a place to accommodate four families that wanted to see Zion NP. The house was more than perfect- we got out early to enjoy the park and came back at night to enjoy the pool with kids. The house was spotless and appeared to be fairly new construction.

Family friendly place

We enjoyed staying here with our extended family group of 15. The 2 kid bedrooms are so great. Our little girls enjoyed the large dollhouse in one of the kid bedrooms very much. Also our tween and teenagers loved the upstairs rec room which allowed the adults to enjoy time together downstairs in the family room. The garage came equipped with a pop a shot double hoop basketball game and ping pong table which was also a good source of entertainment for all. The pool was clean and has some unique touches like a lazy river that surrounds a fire pit and a splash pad with a water slide for 12 and under. The owners were quick to respond and friendly.
