"We had an excellent stay at Mark and Lisley's property in Sierpe! Communication was great, with the most essential elements arranged not long after booking. The staff coordinated private transport between the airport and the property for us, and also booked the Cano Island snorkeling excursion and the visit to Corcovado National Park in advance. We also did horseback riding, a night hike, kayaking, and a tour of the mangrove and the fruit farm. We booked Dolly to prepare our dinners, which was such a treat for us! The views from the back porch were absolutely beautiful. the house has an airy feel to it; we often kept the front and back doors open.We communicated with the guest relations managers (Rayna and Simone) via WhatsApp, and this worked well as the property's wi-fi was good. On-site staff spoke limited English and I speak limited Spanish. We were able to communicate fairly well, and also used Google Translate when needed. Phone service was decent (we both have Verizon); one of us couldn't make phone calls 1-2 of the days but that could have been her somewhat older phone (iPhone 13) or something about her company's phone plan. We were able to call and text from my iPhone 16 from the house without issues.We would absolutely stay here again (and this was actually the second visit for one member of our party). One note -- the driveway to the house is quite steep, which we enjoyed because it gave us a good workout! But this might not be to everyone's liking."
