La habitación quedó muy lejos y por más que le dije que tenía una lesión en la rodilla quedó muy lejos de las facilidades . No pudimos utilizar la piscina ya que no estaban organizados en el horario. Las habitaciones del segundo piso no les llegaba el aire acondicionado, tuvimos que llamar a un técnico y nos resolvió. Necesita más limpieza en la cocina.

The property is in dire need of a renovation. Furniture is run down if not already broken. Stayed in a 2 bedroom villa that had broken wine glasses, chairs, closet doors, phones and tv. Reported multiple times only to be told at the end that nobody goes to service the room because of COVID. I understand wanting to keep your staff safe but this is beyond any other properties I have stayed at during the pandemic. Seems an excuse to justify cost cutting and laziness while keeping prices unjustifiably high. Avoid at all costs.
Perfect vacation for a family. We have a 3 bedroom villa for our family, it was perfectly sized for us. The staff was amazing, we got in early and they honored us we also need a late checkout and they assured us we would be fine when our flight cancelled. The food was amazing on site and across the way at the restaurants. We will be back again real soon.
Very nice property that is pretty well maintained. The 2 and 3 bedroom units were large and came equipped with everything we needed. The pool and swim up bar were very nice. We really enjoyed our stay at this resort.

My room wasnt ready, they have to move me to another room. Hard to stay with a baby, because all the stairs to get to the room. Theres no late check out, even thou I lost time moving and rearraging my belongin. The parking is way to far from the villa. Its dificult to get your bags in the room.
Dark,small and poorly equipped room with a leak in the ceiling and dated furniture...light bulbs missing..no bedsheets for pullout couch until we requested 3x...very poor value for money..will not return and would only recommend to my worst enemies
We thought it was a simple hotel room, but it was quite surprising to found out it was a very comfortable villa.
It's was a great time away from work, and daily stress. We rented a golf cart, went to the beach and pool and just rested.
Great amount of space for the price, but reception was terrible. Stood at check-in counter for 2 1/2 hours without being told why we had to wait so long to check in, not to mention the power went out during the long wait. Hotel was overbooked so rooms were not available even though guests had made their reservations months in advance. Bathroom was dirty (toilet and bathtub) and living room was very dusty, causing allergies to kick in. Walls are thin so neighbors could be clearly heard. Loved the location, but parking was too far from the rooms, especially when traveling with elderly. Nice restaurants across the way but they closed early. I would still recommend to others as it may have just been an off day for the hotel.
The check in procedure too very long. They gave us the wrong room twice by mistake. Checkin supposed to be at 4:00 ended up being at 8:00pm After that everything was very good.
We had a great time in Palmas del Mar. We had dinner at The Tapas Bar. Friendly staff and super service. Dinner was excellent. Next morning we rented a Golf Car and saw all Palmas del Mar properties and beautiful Palmas. The Pool was great too. We highly recommend Palmas Del Mar Club Cala.
This hotel was in a perfect location as we were visiting family close by. The location is also very safe as you have to pass through security gates upon entry. We loved having a 2 bedroom villa, so that everyone had privacy. It was located right off of the pool which was extremely convenient, but is also soundproof as we never heard noise coming from the pool area.
