Self-check-in accommodation without a reception. Right on the main street in the city center, taxis can pick up/drop off guests right at the door. Only 2 minutes to Hue Citadel, 1 minute to supermarkets and ATMs. A 4-minute walk to the Perfume River and the local market. Surrounded by a quiet residential area, plenty of very affordable local eateries, lots of surrounding amenities, and free parking. Surrounded by lots of lakes and greenery. I keep my home clean and tidy at all times. I hope you feel at home at our place and enjoy your stay with us. The space Self check-in, no reception, very private, detached house, right on a wide street, cars can pick up and drop off right at the door. Land area of 84 m²; with 3.5 floors, 4 bedrooms, and 4 toilets. The first floor includes a motorbike parking yard, a large living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 toilet. The 2nd floor includes 1 bedroom, 1 wooden bed for shared use, and a balcony. The 3rd floor includes 2 bedrooms, 1 laundry room, and a balcony. Standing at your door, you can see the Imperial Citadel. Guest access Guests can have access to all areas of our home, including the living room, dining area, kitchen and laundry. Other things to note 1. Please turn off all electric devices when leaving the house. 2. Smoking is allowed on the balcony, but not in the bedroom. 3. Please clean the kitchen after use. 4. Lock the gate when going in/out of the house 5. Please return the room key to the lockbox and lock the gate when you check out. 6. No noise after 10:00 PM. 7. Keep the house clean 8. Parties and events are allowed.
