Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was below expectations. The check-in process felt unwelcoming — the gentleman at reception and the lady who asked me to sign on the tablet did not explain anything about the hotel, such as Wi-Fi details, floor layout, or general amenities. Instead, I was only asked why I hadn’t chosen breakfast, which came across as pushy rather than helpful. Better training is definitely needed, as guests expect clear information first before being sold add-ons.
The room itself was also disappointing. The air conditioning was weak, making the stay uncomfortable, and the cleanliness was not up to standard — certainly not pristine. Overall, I would give this hotel 2 star for service. In reality, it feels more like a 3 star property rather than the standard it aims to project.
