The beds looked already slept in There was no fan in the bathroom The vanity was not big enough to put any of your bathroom supplies The windows were dirty, coming into the hotel the first thing you noticed was the dirty windows on the doors The breakfast was minimal nothing special The lobby is very small, the arms of the chairs were covered with dust, needed to be vacuumed The bathroom floor was not clean The pool was nice The staff was nice Convenient location near McDonalds, Subway, DQ, etc. within short walking distance

Husband and I were very impressed with our stay in Room 102. Handicapped accessible room had queen bed plus sofa bed. It was so spacious! Fireplace at foot of bed for winter season. Shower seat with hand held shower head. Even the soap smelled good! Impeccably clean room! Free breakfast was hot and yummy. Pancakes, eggs, sausage, fruit, pastries, toast, bagels, cereal, yogurt, coffee, hot teas. They had an indoor pool, but we were too weary from traveling to swim. Several restaurants were nearby for a late night bite. Quiet room with view of woods. We slept like babies! Front desk manned by two handsome young fellas who made us feel welcome. Would definitely recommend this place! Happy travels to all! 😊

The only true complaint is that this hotel does not have an elevator and the stairs are steep. As someone with knee and hip issues it was difficult to navigate. We watched several elderly and someone very pregnant have difficulties as well.

The property needs maintenance. Our bathroom light was out and the kid on duty couldn’t fix it and when he called the manager, he said he couldn’t fix it until the next day ( we were only staying one night). They did offer us another room, but we were already unpacked and heading to dinner. Breakfast didn’t offer many options as the last AmericInn we stayed at did (that hotel got 5 stars from us, by the way).

Friendly with exceptions

My stay was wonderful. As a handicapped individual, the facility and the shower were easy to use with the exception of the parking lot. It would be nice to have a handicap parking spot at every entrance.

Bed was very comfortable with ample pillows and the a/c worked well. Hotel was quiet so I got very good rest. I stayed for 5 days. Towels were changed once but linens were not changed at all. I did not find a hotel guide indicating where the ice machine(s) were located nor if the hotel had a self service laundry area. Internet service was very hit or miss, was unsecured, and the signal was very weak. There were no local guides such as restaurants or activities in the room. That said, I had to drive past 5 fast food places to get to the hotel so finding food wasn't a problem, but it'd been nice to have the information on other restaurants in the area. Since comfort, price, and quiet are my main concerns, all of which this hotel met, I'll definitely consider staying here again in the future.
