Escape to this beautiful condo with stunning lake and mountain views at Mariner's Landing Resort at the Pointe. Two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms provide convenience and privacy. This property showcases 100 square feet more than other two bedroom condos on the premise. The open concept area is ideal for relaxing or entertaining, a rare gem with windows in front AND left side of condo providing extra lake views and natural light. Games, activities, and relaxation included.

This property provides main level entry from the parking lot. No stairs or elevators needed to enter property which provides easy access. But you have an elevated view of the lake, which makes for a great combination.

The resort provides everything you need for relaxation and fun. Amenities include: two outdoor pools, one indoor pool, hot tub, private beach, Robert Trent Jones golf course, tennis, Pickleball, and basketball courts. The condo also provides Pickleball equipment for up to four people. Croquet set. Portable cornhole. And many family board games for your fun and enjoyment.

RESORT REGISTRATION: To access the inside amenities and get a code to enter the property, you must register with the resort. Mariners landing charges $30 daily resort fee. (This is added by VRBO) After your booking is confirmed you will receive an email with instructions to complete the registration process. Please follow these instructions to ensure access to building entry and amenities upon arrival. Must be completed 48 hours prior to arrival.

We stayed at this very lovely condo in November. It has everything you need to relax and enjoy the absolutely beautiful lake views. We also loved the sunroom. Even when it was chilly outside, we enjoyed sitting in the glassed-in room and soaking up the warmth of the sunshine, looking out at the lake. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need, and everything was very clean and comfortable.

Came in on Thursday night for my son’s wedding at SML Manor on Sept 27 and planned to stay through Tuesday. Had to leave Monday as my husband got a call for an ENT appt opening for Tuesday. The lake view was amazing especially since this was an END unit! Love the high windows and light!Plenty of walking area. Used the gym. Beautiful setting and compound. Would definitely rent again!

Such a great place. It was a perfect weekend trip to SML. Convenient to everything...able to dock our boat rental and pop in and out. The place was exceptional. Beautifully decorated, clean and with amazing views of the lake. Communication with owner was fantastic. Highly recommend !!

My husband and I stayed for two nights at this magnificent condo and we will be back very soon for a longer stay. Not only was the condo spotless and tastefully decorated, the VRBO photographs showed the condo exactly as it is. We received fluffy towels, slept in marvelously comfortable beds, and enjoyed spectacular views of the lake and mountains. Dining is easy with Riff's and Starbucks on the property and other dining establishments just a quick drive out of the complex. The only glitch was that I had trouble opening the key box to obtain the door keys. After many tries, I finally got it to work. The outside entry key code is great security.

Nice condo on the marina

The condo was as described, clean, had a nice kitchen, and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the sun room that opens up and overlooks the docks and lake. Even though there were rambunctious kids next door, it was quiet in the room. We rented a boat from Mariner's Landing, and it was super convenient to have it right downstairs.
