This cozy space features a private bathroom, a private living room with an open kitchen, and bedroom, offering a comfortable retreat for your stay.
Conveniently located just 20 minutes from the M1 and 25 minutes from the M62, our property boasts a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere.
The property offers two gardens and a roof terrace, where you can relax and take in the picturesque views.
For those looking to stay active and have fun, we provide a range of outdoor games and activities, including a BBQ, basketball net, football goal, and more.
The property features two entrances, but please use the entrance from the main road if you can. The second entrance is shared with other Neighbor, if you are using it, please make sure you close the pedestrian gate and do not park in front of the driveway gates at any time.
The dependency has it's own private entrance with key box. We are also living at the location with my son and husband occupying the main residence. The front and rear gardens are shared between us and our guests and the roof terrace can also be used by our guest.
A parking space inside the property can be arrange but we will need to open and close the driveway gates manually for you on your arrival and departure. Otherwise, parking on the road is possible.
