服務人員教育訓練待加強

原本一切都算順利，飯店人員事先確認住宿過程及房型房號，但實際入住時櫃檯人員去告知該房間已有其他房客入住，且推托平台訂房之住客無法事先預定房號，感受並不十分良好。若如所言，為何事先確定入住之時可以應允，事後又隨便找藉口搪塞，令人感受不佳。本飯店已入住非常多次，偶爾都會有類似事情發生，但從未見改善，飯店服務人員確實需要加強教育訓練。

有待改善

一進去就濃濃的煙味所以就要求換房，結果只是換了一間煙味比較淡的房間。住了兩晚，因為不希望清潔人員動到私人物品，所以第二天出門只要求補充日用品跟清垃圾桶，結果一回來就發現東西有被過，還有私人東西不見了，雖然不是什麼貴重物，但住宿體驗頗差。
