First time in Prachuap Khiri Khan

First trip to Prachuap Khiri Khan and found the area to be beautiful.Beach had a rustic appeal for a laid back quieter experience. The scenery from the beach with the islands and the surrounding mountains are spectacular. Across the beach are various restaurants and beach front resorts making everthing convenient for a vacation .Beach side dinning is available along with massages .So you can enjoy a delicious meal and have a relaxing massage while the waves roll onto the beach.

The hotel and facilities were beautiful! My children especially loved the pools, the waterslide, and the obstacle course in the pool. The food was delicious and reasonably priced for a hotel. The house was very comfortable and the second floor rooftop deck was lovely! The staff were very nice and the house cleaners were very thorough. The only downside is that it’s not especially close to other restaurants, convenient stores, or the beach. They do, however, offer scooters for rent at the property, making all of these places easily accessible! The beach in many restaurants are Only 3 to 5 KM away

Lots of pros and cons for this property. Firstly I would not say it is 4 star so expect 2 to 3 star for quality. Pros - great price, we stayed for 10 nights. great pool and water slide, the kids played for hours on it. Pool was always clean and sparkling. Staff were very helpful and friendly, daily house keeping, breakfast was really good. Had a great selection including thai dishes. Cons - linen had holes in them, torn doona covers, stains on bath towels, were changed immediately when I told them and they were very apologetic, villas a little run down and need work to make them 4 star quality, kitchen walls dirty, bathroom tiles and grout mouldy, expedia pics show oven in the villa, there was no oven so we could not cook christmas lunch. Woyld say for 10 nights its a little far out of town. The kids got annoyed with so much driving to get to places. Its 40 mins from Hua Hin. If your wanting to explore Hua Hin without the hubby and kids stay in Hua Hin and take your time. Overall we had a great time here and would recommend but don't expext 4 star.

Peacefull holiday in a very fine Resort

The Lotus Pool House is a very good apartment, if you want space around you, and want to relax. You have your own rooftop, and your private spa. Thats rearly wonderfull. Just outside the Resort, you can see the "Real Thailand". The beach is about 1 km away, and there you can find a lot of small and simple places to eat. The food is good and cheap, and it is absolutely not crowded. The Only but also important negative thing about this place is that there is 15 km to the nearest city.We recommend that you to rent a scooter, so you can go to the city and to the National Park whenever you want.

Nice enough but not close to anything

The good ; large rooms , clean , roof top catches a breeze and mountain outlook .Breakfast was ok too. The not so good ; unfortunately it rained a lot during my stay and there were no TV channels working only Thai channels despite claiming to have premium cable channels , the air condition units were incredibly noisy . The beach is not walking distance and nothing is close by .Hua Hin is 30 to 40 minutes drive away.

Nice experience staying with Oriental Beach Pearl Resort. We have fun with I stay with you. All facility is good and new. only one concern is hotel staff, this is my opinion you manage should stay support during weekend or long weekend to consider and make conclusion on hard case, We have some problem but hotel stuff unable to make it close faster then we wait to close issue for 1 hr. And during period time 11 AM most of customer check out at the same time, Transportation from room to front desk is very bad traffic, 30 min after called. need to improve this as well. Good experience overall. Comfortable villas with good amenities. Great pool. Well stocked cafe. Restaurant very good too. We stayed for a week and hired scooters from the hotel to get around. Spa facilities on offer. They have a pool table and mini golf facilities.

Secluded holiday

We had a great stay. Very Thai style breakfast but tiny pancakes, bacon and eggs too. We BBQd on the roof, couldn't get the jacuzzi working but the swimming pool was salt and nice and deep. If you leave the hotel turning left and left you can walk along the beach and find many restaurants and cafes.
