The property is run by an agent who claimed, upon my arrival in Thailand, that they had never received the booking and that the villa was not available.The VRBO chat was a bot and no use, the only contact number is in the USA, leaving a family stranded on the other side of the world with no accommodation.NEVER use this listing, the risk is far too great.
