When we walked into our room, it was extremely warm and the a/c unit was locked up. We let the staff know and he reset it while we were at dinner. When we got back it had locked up again and was still extremely warm in the room. He immediately moved us into a comparable room right across the hall that was much cooler. The room was comfortable for us and the breakfast was really good. Would definitely stay here again! Very convenient to Shipshewana.
