Check in took a bit of time which is understandable since they're new management and switching between systems etc. No problem. What was a problem was walking into our room with the a/c set at 78, moldy bread in the cabinets, used food in the freezer, door locks just sitting on the table. It was painfully obvious that housekeeping had not been done in our room. The floors were sticky and the tvs kept going out due to poor cables. The remotes didn't have batteries that worked. The bathroom had bulbs out and exposed light fixtures. One of the rooms even had damaged subflooring next to the a/c unit indicating water damage. Will never stay here again.
