Please remember that pets are NOT allowed on top of beds or sofas due to the difficulty of removing pet hair from sofas and bed linens. Also, if you bring your pet, you must clean after them (including out in the yard).
-Due to extreme hot weather in Texas this summer, please be aware that the AC unit might have a difficult time cooling down to very low temperatures. That does not mean the AC unit is not working, it just means that the outside temperature is so extreme that the AC system cannot cope with it. Unfortunately, most of Texas houses have AC units that were not designed to withstand these record-breaking temperatures. We have given recurring maintenance to the AC unit and made sure the AC unit is always ON even before our guests arrive. By booking this property, you acknowledge and accept that the AC unit may not cool all the way to that low temperature you desire. We appreciate your patience with this matter. If you still believe the AC unit is not working properly, please let us know and we'll be happy to assist.
