El apartamento estaba sin atender. Filtro del aire tapado, el balcón sin muebles, solo habían dos sillas en todo el apartamento y para colmo estaban rotas, en la habitación solo estaba la cama sin otros muebles, dentro del closet habían objetos personales de alguien más y también en el closet del balcón, sin percheros para colgar la ropa. Y lo último y más importante, para acceder a la propiedad necesitaba un código para la puerta principal y solo me lo envió 2 veces en los 4 días que estuve en la propiedad

Don’t be fooled by the listing . They don’t have internet. You have to purchase it with Xfinity for 30 days . If you buy it and put it on his tv the apartment has WiFi. I think that’s his “ way to get over “ He was unresponsive when I was trying to communicate. When he finally answered he seemed bothered. Not worth the . The service is also hit or miss doesn’t work properly consistently.

I got to the property at 9:30pm. The temp in the apt was 81 I turned the air on and two hrs later it was at 78. I went to the RR aa bug came out from under the sink and went into the linen closet. The RR is located next to the BR. Upon walking into the BR I went to the window to see the view. There was another bug at the window. The bed sits on the ground so this made me very uncomfortable. I tried to get on internet but was unable to. There was no welcome documentation with any information. At this point I reached out to Patrick asking for wifi info. I got no responses after 2 request. I then asked a 3rd time and let Patrick know that I could not stay if I didn’t have WiFi. (I needed it for work). Patrick then responded with the info. I was able to log in successfully at that point. I went to the fridge to put so water in and noticed there was food residue left on a couple of the shelves. The same could be said for the sink. At this point I decided this wasn’t the place for me and I notified Patrick I was leaving. I asked for a refund due to the conditions. Patrick said he was surprised and reviews showed that. He also asked if I opened the back doors. He also said he could not give a refund due to VRBO’s policy. The next day I talked with VRBO and told them I was asking for a partial refund. They said they understood the situation and that they week ok with a refund they said it was ultimately up to Patrick. No responses from Patrick since then.

Nice stay

Apartment is very nice and very clean. There were a couple of issues that were out of the orders control. They were very responsive and helpful. I believe this is a new listing. There were couple of small things that could be improved on. (eg: availability of necessities like towels, trash bags, etc.) But overall a very nice stay that I would visit again.
